Stage 4 is located just a short walk from the future primary school metres from regional open space, providing potential bushland views. Construction Update - September 2020
Construction of lots in Stage 4 recently commenced, with completion now expected in December 2020.
Your builder and valuer may have mentioned to you that they'll soon need to gain access to your lot. Access is not available just yet, but we will advise you once it is.
Progress to date:
- Sewer installation is now complete and the stormwater drainage has commenced install
- Construction has commenced on retaining walls
- Power, water and gas services will start going in over the next couple of weeks
- For safety, site fencing has been installed to restrict access to the site during construction.
