Sprout Community Hub - Alkimos Vista
Open Thurs 9am-1pm, Fri & Sat 9am-3pm and Sun 9am-1pm
Located at Picasso Park, Alkimos Vista, the much-loved Sprout Community Hub is the place for residents to meet and connect over barista made coffee throughout the week.
Known as ‘A little place for a little while’ Sprout Hub is a temporary and early community activation centre, offering a place for residents and visitors to get a great coffee, attend events and workshops and connect with other community members.

Future Alkimos Central city centre
Alkimos Vista will be the closest residential community to DevelopmentWA’s future city scale development, Alkimos Central. So close in fact, that some homes will be just an 800m walk away. You will be close to key essential services, including the future Alkimos train and bus station and a planned state of the art public aquatic centre. It will be a social place, a living community, and a transport hub, creating an estimated 13,500 local jobs for a truly self-sufficient district.
Coming Soon – Alkimos Aquatic & Recreation Centre
Alkimos Town Centre, adjacent to Alkimos Beach is the proposed location of the Alkimos Aquatic and Recreation Centre (AARC), within easy access of the future freeway and railway extension.
The Aquatic Centre, due to open in 2026 will provide a variety of facilities including an indoor leisure and children’s pool, outdoor lap pool, sports courts, gym, group fitness change rooms and a café.
