Due to the strong interest in new land releases at Alkimos Vista, we are now offering all new releases via a fixed price Expression of Interest (EOI). To participate in this EOI, you must be a member of our database. You are invited to register your interest via the button below to ensure you receive your unique EOI link when we are ready to release.

Please note these lots are scheduled to title in August / September 2025. EOI submissions will be allocated on a 'first in, first served' basis and will be prioritised to owner occupiers. Investor's will be considered on a case by case basis.

Step 1: Register your interest

Step Three – Get ready to Submit your EOI
Please ensure you have obtained your finance pre-approval from your broker or lender, and you have read all the documents provided in Step Two so you can make an informed decision. Decide on your preferred lots in order of preference (you may select up to three lot preferences). You will receive an email a few days prior to the EOI confirming the EOI date and time and providing you with a unique link to your personal EOI form. Step Four – Submit your EOI
You will receive a reminder email on the morning of the EOI, advising you to click the button to access your personal EOI form which will go live at 12pm WST. This form allows you to confirm your interest and nominate your lot preferences. Lot selection is made available on a first-in, first-served basis. The link is unique to you so please don't forward it to anyone else. Only one registration will be accepted per customer. Do not register more than once. EOI's will close 24 hours later.

Step Five - For successful customers only
Successful customers will be called on the day the EOI registration is received, so be prepared to receive a call. Please note, if you are unable to respond to our call within 30 minutes of first contact, you will risk losing your lot allocation. In anticipation of our call, it is important you're prepared to confirm your lot selection and sign a contract within 48 hours.
