Alkimos Beach Primary School caters to children from Kindergarten to Year 6 and St James Anglican School caters to children from Kindergarten to Year 12. The local public high school, Alkimos College, opened in 2020 is located just a short walk away.
Alkimos Beach Primary School
A State school centrally located within the Alkimos Beach community, on the Leatherback Boulevard, Alkimos Beach Primary School caters for children from Kindergarten to Year 6 with highly developed engaging and dynamic learning programs. St James’ Anglican School
St James’ Anglican School is a co-educational day school situated on 10 hectares of land on the corner of Marmion Avenue and Graceful Boulevard. The School currently caters for Kindergarten to Year 11, with Year 12 classes starting in 2021. St James’ Anglican School will offer all year levels from Kindergarten to Year 12. Only minutes from Alkimos Beach, Alkimos College opened in 2020, with their foundation Year 7 class, and welcomes an additional cohort each year until reaching full complement of Year 7-12 in 2025. Alkimos College provides local students with access to an exceptional secondary education in world-class learning facilities.

Butler Primary School is about four minutes' drive from Alkimos Beach and St Francis of Assisi Catholic Primary School is about eight minutes away.
Butler College is the next nearest State Secondary School, and is about nine minutes drive. Irene McCormack Catholic School is seven minutes away. A Central Alkimos Secondary College, located on Marmion Avenue, just one kilometre away from Alkimos Beach has also been proposed by the state government.
Early Learning
The Alkimos Beach Early Learning Centre, located within The Gateway Shopping Precinct, is now open! The centre caters children from birth to five years. The outside school care service is also be available for both St James Anglican School and Alkimos Beach Primary school.
