Construction Update - March 2023
We are excited to see the progress of construction at Alkimos Beach Stage 16, expected to be completed in early April 2023.
Progress to date:
Sewer installation and stormwater drainage installation is now complete
Installation of power, water and gas services is nearing completion
Retaining walls construction is nearing completion
Construction of roads to commence next week
We will keep purchasers updated as soon as the site is available for Valuer/Surveyor access and once the lot plates have been installed and site fencing has been removed for unrestricted access.
My Next Steps
To help ensure everything is tracking along in your building process, here are some helpful tips and reminders:
- To ensure that you are in a position to settle within your contractual period of 21 days after titles are issued, contact your settlement agent and finance broker to ensure that your valuation is carried out and that your finance arrangements are in place.
- If you've finalised your building plans, make sure to lodge your design approval with Lendlease. Simply email your plans to our Design Covenants Officer at alkimosbeachcovenant@lendlease.com
- Remind your builder and valuer that they now have unrestricted access to your lot.
