Parks, Trails and Beach Access
With 8 parks in total, all homes are within 400m of a park or green open space. Get active at the Fitness Park, teach your children how to ride at the Bike Safety Course or unwind and socialise at the BBQ’s and picnic tables of Graceful and Bristlebird Parks.
Community Facilities
Community facilities include the City of Wanneroo's Leatherback Sports Pavilion, Sprout Hub, and future Alkimos Aquatic & Recreation Centre.
Community Events
Alkimos Beach is home to many groups, clubs and organisations that host community events through the year.
Community Funding
Funding for community initiatives is available through the Sprout Seeding Fund and the City of Wanneroo’s Community Funding Program.
City of Wanneroo Services
The City of Wanneroo provides a range of services to Alkimos Beach including rubbish and waste management, pet registration and facility and park bookings.
Public Transport
Approximately 41-minutes from the Perth CBD by train, Alkimos Station will be situated in Alkimos Central, the future city-scale development master planned by DevelopmentWA. Located on the corner of Romeo Rd and Marmion Ave, the station will house two train platforms and a bus interchange.
