Local groups and clubs
Become part of a bustling community filled with activity and recreation. Join a sports club, learn to sew or help shape your community.
Parks, Trails and Beach Access
With 8 parks in total, all homes are within 400m of a park or green open space. Get active at the Fitness Park, teach your children how to ride at the Bike Safety Course or unwind and socialise at the BBQ’s and picnic tables of Graceful and Bristlebird Parks.
Community facilities include the Sprout Community Hub, pop-up library and future Leatherback Oval Sports Stadium.
Alkimos Beach is home to many groups, clubs and organisations that host community events through the year.
Funding for community initiatives is available through the Sprout Seeding Fund and the City of Wanneroo’s Community Funding Program.
City of Wanneroo Services
The City of Wanneroo provides a range of services to Alkimos Beach including rubbish and waste management, pet registration and facility and park bookings.
With the future Alkimos Metronet rail and bus station, expected to be complete by 2021, you will really belong in the heart of the North Coast.
