Due to the strong interest we have already received for Stage 18, we will be offering the remaining lots via an Expression of Interest (EOI). You are now invited to register your interest to ensure you are the first to receive information on the EOI process, outlined below.
Please note EOI's will be prioritised to owner occupiers initially. If you are an investor and wish to purchase in stage 18, please contact us.
Step One – Register your interest
Register before 5pm on 15 September 2023 to ensure you receive further information on the EOI process.
Step Two - Review the release documentation
In order to make the best property decision and prepare for the release of these lots, please review the below documentation:

Step Three – Get ready to submit your EOI
Please ensure you have obtained your finance pre-approval from your broker or lender, and you have read all the documents provided in Step Two so you can make an informed decision. Decide on your preferred lots in order of preference (you may select up to three lot preferences). You will receive an email three days prior to the EOI advising you of the EOI date and time and providing you with a unique link to your personal EOI form. Please contact us if you need to discuss the process and requirements in more detail.
Step Four – Submit your EOI
You will receive a reminder email on the morning of the EOI, advising you to click the button to access your personal EOI form which will go live at 12pm WST. This form allows you to confirm your interest and nominate your lot preferences. Lot selection is made available on a first-in, first-served basis. The link is unique to you so please don't forward it to anyone else. Only one registration will be accepted per customer. Do not register more than once. EOI's will close 24 hours later.
Step Five - For successful customers only
Successful customers will be called as EOI registrations are received, so be prepared to receive a call directly after your submission. Please note, if you are unable to respond to our call within 30 minutes of first contact, you will risk losing your lot allocation. In anticipation of our call, it is important you're prepared to confirm your lot selection and sign a contract within 48 hours.
