Construction on Harpley Town Centre has begun!
On Thursday, 20th of April, the Harpley team celebrated the Harpley Town Centre SOD turning ceremony to mark the start of the project.The ceremony was hosted by Eildon Capital Group, the developer of the Town Centre site.
Eildon Capital Group CEO, Laurence Parisi, commenced the ceremony on site acknowledging the Traditional Owners of the Land, the Wadawurrung People. Followed by some words from the Mayor of Wyndham City, Cr Susan McIntyre & Pre-Construction Director, Michael Witts.
The new $80 million dollar shopping precinct is set to transform the area by providing services, dining, and shopping experiences all in one location. The 8,000sqm site will feature a Coles supermarket, proposed Dan Murphy's outlet, 21 specialty stores, a gym, restaurants, cafes and an at-grade and basement car park. Local residents are thrilled to see this important retail and social infrastructure come to life.
