Harpley’s future Town Centre is designed to be a destination like no other and estimated for completion by mid-2024. Perfectly positioned at the heart of the vibrant community, the future Town Centre will be in walking distance for local residents.

The future Town Centre will feature Coles, Dan Murphy's, speciality shops, a primary school, dining precinct and medical centre.

Harpley’s newest park, Tintagel Way Park, caters to a wide age range, featuring a wide embankment slide, wheelchair carousel, climbing equipment and much more! A scavenger hunt has also been included within the park for children to seek out animal motifs.

The cultural discovery trail invites people to learn about the rich cultural heritage and environmental significance of the Harpley landscape through the sculpture and signage elements. An informative app has also been developed to enhance the navigation of the site.

The Harpley Discovery Trail was a collaborative effort between architects, sculpture artists and interpretative heritage consultants to bring in timber, stone and technology to achieve an interactive experience for visitors.

The design of Townley Boulevard Park draws inspiration from the nautical journey of the Harpley ship. Surrounded by rolling grassed mounds and coastal plantings, the playspace resembles the rolling ocean that invites children to run, climb and explore.

Harpley features 60 hectares of waterways and surrounds, with tens of thousands native grasses and aquatic planting in and around the wetlands. The planting serves key functions of providing habitat to local wildlife as well as filtering capture water.
