Land at Averley is currently released through our online reservation platform.
The platform is designed to make the land release process transparent and clear for everyone.

Access to the online reservation platform is provided through our land release emails, so please ensure you have registered your interest to receive these emails, if you haven’t done so already.

With each new release, the details of the lots available for reservation including size, location, price, and the estimated completion timeframe will be provided. You will have time to review the lots before they are made available for reservation. The times, dates, and process for reserving a lot are clearly communicated in these emails. A reminder email is also sent out a few hours prior to reservation.

Please note that we are experiencing high demand for our releases, and all lots can be fully reserved within minutes of becoming available.

To secure a lot you will be required to provide your details and the details of your conveyancer at the time of reservation. If you are successful, you will be required to pay an Expression of Interest payment and our sales team will be in touch to confirm the process and next steps.
If you decide not to enter into a contract to purchase your chosen lot for any reason, your Expression of Interest payment will be refunded in full.
