New Aurora Northern Town Centre
Harvest Home Road will soon be home to a new Coles, Aldi and gym. The Aurora Northern Town Centre will be complete in late 2017 with Coles opening first in late June.
In July last year City of Whittlesea council granted a permit to Coles to create the development on 315A Harvest Home Road in Epping. When it is finished, the Aurora community can expect at least two supermarkets (including a 4,100 square metre Coles), a gym, medical centre, café, pharmacy, service station and about 15 additional stores.
According to the Places Victoria website, the development (which is near the Edgars Road intersection and 21,500 square metres of retail space) will also hold a library and be located in the vicinity of the already existing Galada Community Centre.
Even more exciting for the Aurora community, the Aurora Northern Town Centre also includes a potential railway extension site to assist with even better access to the Aurora area in the future.
