When is the train station coming or bus routes?
The new Cobblebank train station will open late 2019. Once complete, the Government will also fund a new bus route to provide locals with more travel options and better access to key destinations and services.

Where are Atherstone’s schools going to be located?
Both primary schools will be adjacent to open space areas and access will be easy through a network of well-connected roads, shared footpaths and cycling tracks. The first school planned for delivery will be located on Bridge Road with a dedicated service lane for pick up and drop off times. The school will also neighbour the Toolern Regional Park, where a traffic school will be teach kids road safety from an early age.

What facilities are going to be in Atherstone?
The Bridge Road Children’s & Community Centre is now open, as is the Western Business Accelerator & Centre for Excellence (BACE).
The Bridge Road Sports Precinct is currently under construction, with the first phase expected to be completed by June 2016.
Two primary schools, Atherstone Town Centre, and a Neighbourhood Activity Centre are all planned for Atherstone.
