Cobblebank Stadium is the perfect place to burn off some energy. Activities include badminton, basketball, table tennis, netball, volleyball, and casual play sessions for children of all ages and adults. It’s the perfect way to get moving and meet members of the community – rain, hail, or shine. 

Bridge Road Athletics Track 

Lace up those running shoes! The Bridge Road Athletics Track is open to the public (when not booked out by a school or club). Take the track at your own pace, whether that be walking, running, or skipping.

If you’re looking to get fitter, healthier, and happier, look no further than Live Life Get Active. With regular free sessions and motivating trainers, there are plenty of reasons to give Live Life Get Active a go. Book a boxing, yoga, or Active X session today, and you might even make some friends along the way.   

Explore the trails  

There are plenty of places in and around Atherstone to walk, run, or ride. Take a stroll around the Atherstone Central Wetlands, follow the winding Toolern Creek Trail, or marvel at the flora in the Melton Botanic Garden.

Looking to get out of the house, get active, and meet members of the community? Toolern Creek Parkrun is on every Saturday, welcoming people of all ages and abilities. Stick around afterwards for a catch up and a coffee at a local café.  

Bridge Road Children’s and Community Centre 

There’s always something happening at Bridge Road Children’s and Community Centre, including yoga, tai chi, and fitness for various age groups. It’s the perfect way to get out of the house and get moving in a friendly and welcoming setting.
