Atherstone November 2016 Construction Update

 

Atherstone is on track and progressing well. The Regional Play Space is now open and if you haven't already visited the park make sure you check it out! 

Settlers Creek stages 1-3 and Stone Ridge stage 8 have commenced construction for June 2017 settlements.

Stone Ridge Stage 6B-7 & Wilton Fields Stage 4-5

Forecast settlements dates for Stone Ridge Stage 6B is mid-December and stage 7 is mid/late December. Wilton Fields Stage 4 & 5 is late December to early January. Reminder to purchasers to finalise finances with their bank and legal representative to confirm they are ready for settlements to occur on time. We congratulate the purchasers of Stone Ridge 6B & 7, who met their future neighbours and measured their block last weekend. Wilton Fields Stage 4 & 5 will celebrate on Sunday 11 December from 11am at the Sales and Information Centre.
