October Construction Update

 

Atherstone is in full steam ahead with the Wetlands now completed and the Regional Play Space scheduled be completed by end October 2016. 

Recent wet weather has resulted in some delays and we are now forecasting to commence settlements early December to mid-December 2016.

Stone Ridge Stage 6B-7 & Wilton Fields Stage 4-5

Recent heavy rainfall has delayed construction on all subdivision stages. Current forecast title registrations dates for Stone Ridge Stage 6B and 7 is early December and mid-December for Wilton Fields Stage 4 and 5. It is suggested that purchasers make contact with their broker, to organise Valuations in November and finalise all your finances with their bank and legal representative to confirm they are ready for settlements in December.

Bridge and Wetlands

Now that wetlands construction works are complete; Bridge Road will re-open to traffic with the current temporary diversion route to close in October. Closure of this route will make way for the Settlers Creek stages 1 – 3 subdivision construction commencement.

Regional Play Space

Is that another rock in Melton? It's not just any ol' rock; this rock is one of several specialty pieces that will form part of the feature climbing walls within the Bridge Road Regional Play Space. There will be a few unique features like this in the Play Space awaiting discovery! Council received $750k from the State Government's Growing Suburbs Fund to assist in building the Regional Play Space, which is scheduled be completed by end October 2016.

Atherstone Family Games Day
