August Construction Update
There's plenty of excitement at Atherstone, with over 35 sales last month. Momentum continues to be strong with purchasers camping out waiting for the release of Settlers Creek.
Recent wet weather has resulted in some delays and we are now forecasting to commence settlements late November to early December 2016.
Wilton Fields Stage 4-5 & Stone Ridge Stage 6B-7
Installation of in ground services including Sewer, Water and Gas are complete.
The month ahead will focus on the installation of Electrical/Optical Fibre Services and the preparation for road and footpath construction.
With the recent higher than usual wet weather encountered by our contractors, the construction program has pushed out.
We are now forecasting for settlements to take place late November 2016 at Stone Ridge and early December 2016 at Wilton Fields.
Construction start date is on track for commencement this year.

Construction has been completed with landscaping works to be completed in Spring.
Victorian State Minister for Water, Lisa Neville, visited the Atherstone Wetlands on the 28th of July to take a look at the Toolern Stormwater Harvesting Pilot Project.
The VIP release was held last weekend. We had a huge turn out with purchasers camping out.

Preparation to commence Bridge construction works this year took a significant step forward!
A dead but standing scarred tree located on the Western bank of the Toolern creek was relocated given its direct alignment with the bridge design.
The tree now has a new home as decided in consultation with the Wurundjeri Elders and our Cultural Heritage advisors.
