Our dedicated ladies studio is designed for those who wish to train more privately. It has all the creature comforts including cross trainers, treadmills, bikes, kettle bells and weight machines to name a few. It is also accessible all year round, 24/7.
Tell us about the group fitness classes at Genesis Fitness Melton.
We have over 50 classes per week in various zones of the club including Aqua, Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Step, ShBam, Body Balance, Active Adults, Kidz Fit, Meta Fit, Boxing, Grit, Zumba, Les Mills, Kanga Training and our own dedicated Cycle Sprint Studio. [There is also] our mineral salt heated swimming pool. The whole facility is over 2,500 square metres.
Tell us a bit about the Kidzfit program.
Kidzfit is designed to introduce children to exercise and make the gym a fun and engaging environment. The children will be involved in group activities and morale building exercises that are both exciting and action packed. Parents need to be present in the facility but are not required to interact.
