Local Convenience Centre
Located at the north-east corner of the Bridge Road and Hollingsworth Drive intersection (opposite Wilton Fields Park and near the Atherstone Sales Office), the Bridge Road Local Convenience Centre site is planned to accommodate convenience retail and supermarket, café, health & medical services.
The site has received planning approval. Construction will commence July 2021 for an estimated opening July 2022.
The artist impressions submitted with the application will give a sense of what it might look like. Swim School will not be developed.
