Traffic Education School
Lendlease will be funding a dedicated Traffic Education School right in the Atherstone community. Located adjacent to the Bridge Road Regional Play Space and Children’s and Community Centre, it is set to open in 2022.
The Traffic School at Atherstone will feature a simulated track including road signs and signals. The launch phase of the school will provide for 60 bikes so that groups of children can engage together in various learning activities. It will include an open air classroom in landscape surrounds as well as communal barbeque facilities and toilets.
