New Land Releases
If you've been waiting for the perfect opportunity to join the Atherstone community, or maybe you're an existing resident that is wanting to upsize, the time has come to purchase land at Atherstone.
New land releases are happening now, with untitled land selling quickly in stage 42 in Park Edge South, offering a variety of land sizes at a range of price points. Titles are anticipated between August and October 2022.
If you or someone you know are interested in purchasing in the next off the plan land release, please email the sales team today, including "NEXT LAND RELEASE" in the subject line, to ensure you get priority access to lots coming to market.
Cobblebank Stadium - NOW OPEN
Cobblebank Stadium is now complete. Since opening in November 2021, a number of basketball games have already been played on the courts.
The stadium, which is home to six indoor high-ball courts, will provide the community with access to a range of sports including netball, badminton, table tennis, volleyball and futsal. The stadium also has flexible meeting and social spaces for school curriculum and community health and wellness programs.
For bookings and programs, contact the Council’s Leisure Centres team on 9747 7200.
Display Village & Sales Centre
We are so excited to be moving into a new home in February! The Atherstone Sales team will be joining our Display Village Builders and moving into our brand new, architecturally designed Sales and Information Centre located in the heart of our new display village. The new Sales and Information Centre will be located on the corner of Hollingworth Drive and Carne St.
Site Maintenance
Atherstone’s presentation is important to Lendlease. We are regularly conducting site clean ups around the development to ensure the project is free from rubbish and hazards.
If you notice any rubbish dumping on council nature strips, please report this to council using the Snap Send Solve mobile app.
All residents are entitled to free hard rubbish collections. To find out more and book in your hard rubbish collection, head to the council website here.
