Project Update

Information provided below is correct as at 1 November 2018.

Development to Date

Springfield Rise has been a buzz of activity over the last few months with several new spaces across the project now open, which is exciting to see our community grow.Back in June, Enchanted Woods park opened. The park has a castle for climbing, rope bridge, slide and even the sword in the stone, just like Excalibur, King Arthur’s sword.

Another milestone for Springfield Rise is the opening of what is now Queensland’s largest display village in August. Managed by Master Builders, the display village currently has 48 stunningly designed homes by 22 of Queensland’s best builders.

Also located in the display village is our new Sales & Information Centre plus our property management team at Springfield Lakes Real Estate. Plus there’s the new Cottonwood Café serving hot and cold drinks plus home-made treats. The Café is open 7 days.
