Blakes Crossing highest selling community in Adelaide
Independent research has revealed Blakes Crossing is the highest performing master planned community in Adelaide in the last quarter.
The National Land Survey Program (NLSP) report by Research4 and Charter Keck Cramer monitors Greenfield regions for each major capital city and shows Blakes Crossing with over 11% share of sales in the metro region, 20% share of sales in the Northern corridor and an average lot selling price of $140,900.
Lendlease General Manager of the Communities business Neil O’Connor said that buyers could see something special at Blakes Crossing.
“With a range of lot sizes, affordable homes and great amenities on offer all within the Village Centre, it is a great honour, but no surprise that Blakes Crossing now claims the highest selling development in Adelaide,” he said.
“Blakes Crossing is a community that has been created with a 1.4 hectare lush green park and lake, oval, adventure playground, and walking trails at its heart and with easy access to the Village Centre, featuring a school, childcare centres, Woolworths, Aldi and specialty stores.
“It really is all at Blakes Crossing.”
Robert Papaleo Charter Keck Cramer’s National Executive Director – Research said the variety of land and housing choices on offer at Blakes Crossing certainly contributed to the estate’s strong result in the second quarter of 2016.
“Blakes Crossing provides a range of home and land packages ranging from small, easy care lots to larger family size lots with a range of prices to suit all,” he said.
