The doors are officially open and ready to welcome you to Yarrabilba’s new Sales and Information Centre; a showcase of style, innovation and sustainability at every turn. Located in the heart of The Parks precinct, let’s take a look at the future of the Yarrabilba community.

Featuring a giant immersion screen, 3D model and lounge area, the Centre will be the first point of call for people wanting to learn more about living in the community.

Next door is a community park, giving buyers a taste of life in Yarrabilba, allowing them to experience first-hand the community’s connection to nature and play.

The Centre was constructed using an innovative modular build approach, comprising of 11 pre-fabricated modules that were manufactured offsite and then transported and assembled on location. The Centre has a 20-year lifetime and can be moved and reused.

Sustainability at the heart of the Sales and Information Centre

Sustainability has been a key focus throughout the design of the Centre, with the installation of a 10kW solar system with a battery. This has enabled eco-friendly energy usage. The pendant lights inside are crafted from recycled bamboo, reflecting the design principles of sustainability advocate and designer David Trubridge.

To minimise waste and promote environmental conservation, established trees from the previous Darrau Avenue sales centre were repurposed and integrated into the new design. 

The Centre’s strategic north orientation allows ample natural light to flood the space, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere enhanced by the warm tones of timber and cabinetry.

“The Centre has been architecturally designed for the pleasure of clients coming in looking to buy in Yarrabilba,” said Yarrabilba Sales Consultant, Ryan Robinson.

“This amazing centre illustrates the evolution of the community, showcasing the broad mix of residents choosing to call Yarrabilba home, many now seeking luxury, innovation and sustainable living.
