Life is sweeter with live work play lifestyle in Yarrabilba
Home sweet home has become even sweeter for Lendlease sales consultant Jenna Tieman, who lives in the community she works in, sharing her love of Yarrabilba with new arrivals.
Since moving to Yarrabilba six years ago, Jenna believes her local knowledge of the community and surrounding area, as well as her experience of living here, aids in giving those looking to buy, a true sense of living in Yarrabilba.
“There is a lot to love about Yarrabilba. I really love all of the parks and think it is clever how connected to nature the community is - it is like an extended backyard with so much to give,” she said.
“I especially love my morning walks seeing the different kinds of wildlife like kangaroos in the fields. It makes me smile that all the morning walkers wish you good morning on your journey.
“I love how the residents look out for one another – if someone is in need there is always someone willing to help out. The pride residents have for living in this community is very special.”
Jenna, who began working for Lendlease in 2016, says the best part of her job is hearing stories of people who have put their heart and soul in to getting their very own home.
“Helping people along the journey of property is very rewarding as it is one of the biggest achievements – owning your own home,” she said.
“As well as creating the community that I love and know so many others love to, I look back on the nine years of what Lendlease has achieved here at Yarrabilba and even if I wasn’t working for Lendlease as a resident I am very impressed.”
A live, work and play lifestyle is becoming increasingly desirable for homeowners, offering greater convenience, providing easier access to amenities, creating a healthier work life balance and a stronger sense of connectiveness as well as minimising our carbon footprint.
“Yarrabilba’s sustainability efforts, including the circular economy, helps in giving back to our next generation – the environment, the wildlife and our children,” said Jenna.
“Yarrabilba is one of the largest masterplanned communities in South East Queensland, meaning there is a lot of growth to come. Yarrabilba has brought on a lot of much needed infrastructure and amenity already in the short time we have been developing.
“This growing community offers so much more than just house and land. It offers a lifestyle for families or those looking for a fresh start. From when I moved here we had 2500 residents – we now have 10,000 plus. So clearly there’s a lot more people who love Yarrabilba as much as me.”
