Ready to ignite your senses and be transported to another world filled with spectacular colour, culture and sounds?! Come celebrate the official launch of the new Display Village and Sales & Information Centre at Yarrabilba’s Carnivale Street Party on July 16, 2023.

A sense sensation with incredible sounds, sights, and tastes – we’re counting down to the event of the year, as Yarrabilba hosts the Carnivale Street Party from 11am - 2pm on July 16, 2023, officially launching our new Sales & Information Centre and Display Village.

From roving performers, live band, street parade, drumming and dance workshops, mask making, face painters and food truck, we can’t wait to get the party started with residents and new friendly faces to our community.

Yarrabilba’s newest home showcase

Ready to explore Yarrabilba’s incredible new home showcase and our state-of-the-art Sales and Information Centre? While enjoying the festivities, take a stroll through the Builder Display Village and pop into the Sales and Information Centre to tour the brand new building and its 5m screen feature.

With innovation, style and inspiration at every turn, the Display Village is home to 19 stunning display homes by 12 renowned Australian builders; Brighton Homes, Coral Homes, Burbank, GJ Gardener, Bella, Hallmark Homes, Domaine, Simonds, Orbit, DRHomes, Metricon and Hotondo Homes.

Along with the Carnivale festivities the builders will also be hosting a range of activation's on the day including:

  • Domaine - coffee cart

Doors now open to the new Sales & Information Centre

Now open, we are thrilled to have opened the doors to the new Yarrabilba Sales and Information Centre – also located in The Parks precinct.

The Centre features a giant 5m immersion screen, 3D model and lounge area, and will be the first point of call for people wanting to learn more about living in Yarrabilba.
