Residential development
The Parks construction update
The Parks development is now complete with all stages now registered and residents building and moving into their new homes.
Borrol Lookout Park is now open on Grampians Circuit.
Billubera Park is now open on Hyde Drive!
Mallee Pocket construction update
Mallee Pocket is progressing well with all stages now settled. Construction of parks and green spaces in this area is underway.
Birnam Views construction update
Birnam Views has seen a number of stages settle while works continue well throughout the second half of the village.
Display Village
The new Yarrabilba Display Village is now open featuring 19 homes by 12 builders.
Yarrabilba Sales and Information Centre
The new Sales and Information Centre is now open!

Non-residential development
Yarrabilba Hotel
The Yarrabilba Hotel is now open!
The venue offers a variety of dining areas, kid's zones, a sports bar and a stunning outdoor area.
New Yarrabilba community hub unveiled
‘The Buzz at Yarrabilba’ has been delivered by Logan City Council in partnership with the Queensland Government, Lendlease and Brisbane Catholic Education.
Construction on The Buzz started in October last year with three separate buildings, known as pods, making up the 6000 square metre precinct.
TAFE Queensland has leased Pod 3 with Council today announcing the Y (part of the YMCA organisation) as the successful tender to operate Pods 1 and 2.
“The Y looks forward to working with the project partners and community to activate The Buzz at Yarrabilba,” a spokesperson said.
