Construction is underway on Spring Mountain Village - located on the corner of Spring Mountain Boulevard and Grande Avenue (beside the Harmony Early Learning Centre).

Once complete, Spring Mountain Village will be a modern retail centre delivering convenience to the Springfield Rise community. Featuring sustainable, contemporary design and a mix of entertainment, retail and service-based tenants, Spring Mountain Village will be set in an inviting and lush tropical landscape. The Swim Factory Australia

The Swim Factory Australia, formerly known as Peter McMahon Swim Factory, has been an iconic institution in Ipswich for more than 30 years. Its founder, Peter McMahon, has won gold medals in both Australian and World Titles in Surf Life Saving – Masters Divisions, and he continues to swim regularly and maintain his passion for both the water and swimming safety.

Dum n Rum: 

Dum n Rum is an iconic Indian restaurant in Stafford Heights that people travel from all over to visit. Its origins stem from the owners’ desire to share the authentic, simple food they fondly remember from their childhood.

The name Dum n Rum itself pays tribute to “DUM” authentic steam cooked food- a common cooking technique from the home of spices- Kerala and “RUM” being the favourite drink of tipplers in Kerala.

Dum n Rum plates up an array of different cuisines, from the International favourite Punjabi Butter chicken to South Indian Masala Dosa, Goan Vindaloo, Kashmiri Rogan Josh and the unexplored dishes of Kerala.

Their unique ingredients, special cooking techniques and recipes passed through the generations will allow you to fall in love with the authentic dishes they serve up. Once they open, Dum n Rum will offer dine-in and takeaway at Spring Mountain Village.

Café 107

Known for their big generous portions and tasty menu offerings, 107 Coffee Terminal will be a much-loved spot for morning coffees, brunch dates, celebrating milestones with loved ones and more.

Spring Mountain Village will be the third 107 Coffee Terminal, following Browns Plains and Capalaba. Springfield Rise residents are in for a treat once it opens.

Great coffee and an abundance of breakfast and lunch options made with nothing but the freshest locally sourced ingredients will be on offer to meet the needs of the whole community. Their plans for an Aussie-Tex-Mex dinner are in place, with a great selection of menu items and refreshing cocktails.

Foodworks:

Foodworks source the best, freshest, produce so you can feed your family the finest foods at a local level. Foodworks at Spring Mountain Village will be an independently owned supermarket, with products range tailored to reflect the local community’s needs.

With a focus on convenience, you’ll be able to rely on Foodworks at Spring Mountain Village to always have what you need when you need it.
