The program features exercise options to suit anyone, regardless of your age, ability or current fitness level. It’s a great way to get started with so many activities close to home for Springfield Rise locals.

Robelle Domain is the place to be for organised walking and running as well as ‘mums n bubs’ fitness and regular Tai Chi sessions. Want to try something different? Get healthy with hula hooping!
School holidays
Swap screen time for green time! The choice of school holiday outdoor activities includes athletics, soccer, bushwalking, fishing, yoga and even frisbee so you’re certain to find an Active and Healthy event your child will love.
Active at Home series
Love exercising but can’t make it to a gym or park? Participate in one of the councils Active at Home online sessions to keep you moving and support your mental wellbeing, all from the comfort of your own home.
