Get Active and Healthy for free

Enjoying a more active lifestyle is the key to unlocking physical and mental health benefits in all of us, whether you are aged eight or 80.

If you’re interested in free, convenient ways to live a healthier lifestyle then Ipswich City Council’s Active and Healthy program has you covered.

The program features exercise options to suit anyone, regardless of your age, ability or current fitness level. It’s a great way to get started with so many activities close to home for Springfield Rise locals.
