Groups and Events

Building homes is just part of the story at Lendlease.

We use modern planning and community development methods to create safe, self-sustaining communities where neighbours have the opportunity to meet and become friends. Along with our Meet your Neighbours events, as the community continues to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to meet new people at a range of fun, social activities.

Community Grants Program

Recognising the importance of building communities from the ground up, we’ve created the Springfield Rise Community Grants Program.

We want to ensure our contributions are responsive and relevant and that you, the residents and groups of Springfield Rise have an active role in shaping our community together.

The next round of the grants program opens on 17 April 2023 and has a $10,000 total funding pool.
