Groceries, cafes and restaurants, health, fashion, homewares, electrical – whatever your shopping needs they will be met from Springfield Lakes. Spring Lake Village, and Springfield Fair are your local neighbourhood centre, it’s retail therapy on a relaxed scale. There’s Spring Lake Metro too, it’s the place to go for commercial services, health, Spring Lake hotel and four star accommodation. Mirvac are pleased to announce that Event Cinemas, Target and Coles will be joining the Centre in 2015.
The Event Cinemas complex will be the largest in the region with nine-screens in total, including two Gold Class screens and two VMax screens and state-of-the-art giant digital screens and digital surround sound. Coles will bring in their latest large format store format and general merchandise, while Target will offer their large format store.
Around 80 new specialty stores including additional fashion, cafes, and restaurants will join the centre, and an additional 1200 car parks will be provided.

Springfield Lakes is serviced by a number of doctors, dentists, specialists and allied health professionals.
Mater Health Services is meeting the growing healthcare needs of the Greater Springfield community by building Mater Private Hospital Springfield.
Stage One of a 80 bed $85 million hospital is now operational.
Mater has a masterplan for the hospital precinct within Health City Springfield Central which incorporate a number of expansion stages which will be rolled out to meet the demands of the region. Stage one will provide a range of medical and surgical services as well as a combination of inpatient, day and chemotherapy beds.
Mater will offer an innovative, unique and contemporary model of holistic care and will provide patients exceptional acute and sub-acute treatment and care, while also promoting wellness and illness prevention.
The 10,000m2 facility will also include four operating theatres, inpatient wards, a day surgery unit and medical imaging services. The cancer care centre, initially with one linear accelerator and 15 medical oncology treatment bays will further be developed in alliance between Mater and Radiation Oncology Queensland.
