Thrills and chills aplenty at Shoreline’s Snow Fest!

On Saturday, August 5, Jingeri Park was transformed into a winter wonderland, with s’mores, beanies and snow galore! Let’s relive the fun and festivities that were had at Shoreline’s first ever Snow Fest.

Did you join in on the fun and festivities of Shoreline’s Snow Fest? More than 750 people embraced the chill and were transported to a winter wonderland, as Jingeri Park was transformed into the North Pole - much to the delight of the young and young-at-heart.

For little ones that have never experienced the magic of a snowy winter, the onsite snow dome provided all the fun and excitement, with children able to experience blasts of white foam that resembled the real deal.

Playing in the snow and dancing to the sounds of live musicians was enough to work up an appetite, so attendees tucked into tasty winter treats such as s’mores, LeTorias famous hot chocolates and of course, decadent burgers from Food Baby.

To keep the chill at bay, our Lendlease team handed out 500 free Shoreline branded beanies – a special keepsake that we are sure people will wear in and around the community during the remaining weeks of winter.

Before long, the sun went down and attendees settled into a screening of Cool Runnings, making the event a family fun extravaganza that will be talked about for weeks to come.

Congratulations to Gavin Wallace from Woodridge, who walked away with the lucky door prize - a Family Village Roadshow Theme park pass!
