Meet the family celebrating their first Christmas at Shoreline!

New to the neighbourhood, Jennifer, her husband Rod and their three children, Lucas, Naomi and Valentina will celebrate their first festive season in their new home in Shoreline, the perfect Christmas gift for their family.

Drawn to the bayside lifestyle, the Vega family moved from Sydney to build their dream home in the vibrant, growing Shoreline community, ready to embark on their next exciting chapter.

“Our builder Bold Living introduced us to the sales team at Shoreline, who asked us what we were looking for, our lifestyle preference and our future needs,” said Jennifer.

“The location was a big selling point. We loved that Thompsons Beach (Victoria Point) was just up the road, Cleveland and Raby Bay also a short drive. It gave us that coastal lifestyle we were after. In Sydney it was such a hassle to get to the coast. Here, it’s on our doorstep.”

Celebrating their first Christmas at Shoreline, the Vega family will be sharing the magical day with extended family, who they haven’t seen for more than two years.

“It’s been a long wait between seeing family, so we are excited to spend Christmas with everyone and invite them all to stay in our new home. Previous years, Christmas has been quiet, especially for the kids. For the past few years we didn’t have to room to host Christmas.

“This has been a long time coming for us, to be able to have Christmas with all the family. It will be wonderful to experience the day in their own home, our children spending time with their cousins.

“We’ve built the home to be welcoming for our extended family. We even built an extended boat pad outside, so family with a caravan can come and stay. There’s no excuse for the family not to stay.”

The Vega family are part of a growing number of new residents calling Shoreline home this Christmas.
