Free September school holiday fun at Jingeri Park
The September school holidays are fast approaching, so there’s no better time to get organised and arrange your kids to participate in activities that not only educate, but excite.
Delivered by The Link YMCA Youth Centre, Shoreline will be hosting a range of exciting school holiday activities at Jingeri Park that will suit a range of age groups and interests.
The following free activities have reached booking capacity but are currently taking waitlists.
Skateboard Design
Whether your child is a certified ‘skater kid’ or just enjoys getting crafty, this activity is sure to impress! Children will be supplied with the materials to design the graphics of their one-of-a-kind skate deck, which they will be allowed to take home after the session is finished.

Circus School
We’ve all joked about running away to the circus, so we’re bringing the next best thing to Jingeri Park – circus school! Get the kids practicing a range of different skills, including clowning, juggling and acrobatics.

Take Home Terrarium
Got an aspiring green thumb at home? The Take Home Terrarium session at Jingeri Park is a great way to introduce your little ones to gardening! Once complete, children will be able to take their indoor plant home and display it proudly in their bedroom.

Canvas & Coco
Unlock the little Picasso within your kids and register them for the Canvas & Coco session! Event facilitators from The Link YMCA will be running a guided canvas painting class, making it easier for kids to get creative while colouring in within the lines.

A little note about all sessions:
Parents and guardians are encouraged to join in the sessions with their children to maximise the fun!
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
It’s also recommended for participants to wear comfortable clothing that they are happy to move around and get creative in.
