News Flash! HomeBuilder grant extended
The federal government’s HomeBuilder grant provides eligible owner-occupiers (including first home buyers) with a grant to build a brand-new home. This grant scheme has now been extended and you may be eligible to apply.

Elements Stages 1 - 4
Stormwater and sewer installation are continuing in these stages. Retaining wall construction is well underway with installation of sleepers having commenced and will continue throughout December. Stage 1-4 is forecast to be completed mid-2021 with settlements to be called shortly after.
Electrical conduit installation works for Phase 1A of the Serpentine Creek Road intersection upgrade has commenced and will continue, with under road boring completed. In December, ultimate watermain installation will commence. Telstra and NBN relocations have also commenced and tree clearing to facilitate works is complete.
Please note the traffic speed on Serpentine Creek Road has reduced to 40km/h during work hours and 60km/h after work hours for the safety of road users and site workers.
