Construction Update

Nestled between bush and the bay, Shoreline offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. With walking tracks and cycle ways connecting the bush to the bay, as well as new parks, cafes, restaurants, and the foreshore to explore, this is a chance to reconnect with what’s most important in life, family, friendships, and nature.

Please see below the latest construction progress at Shoreline.

Elements Stages 6 & 7 Image

Elements Stages 6 & 7

Kerb and asphalt are now complete in these stages. Landscaping works including streetlights are expected to be complete early this month. Title registration has been achieved and settlements are now commencing. 

Access for soil testing and valuations is now available. Please email access@shadcivil.com.au, specifying applicable lot numbers within the Shoreline community to arrange access.

Stage 8 Image

Stage 8

Kerb and asphalt are complete in this stage; landscaping works have commenced with streetlight installation expected to be completed by the middle of this month. Stage 8 has now registered and we will be calling for settlements imminently.  

Access for soil testing and valuations is now available. Please email access@shadcivil.com.au, specifying applicable lot numbers within the Shoreline community to arrange access.

Kerb is now complete in this stage; asphalt is expected to be completed this week. Landscaping works will commence shortly and target for completion by the end of the month. Lodgement to the Title’s Office is expected to progressively occur throughout May & June with settlements to commence shortly after registration (timeframes subject to weather and Council plan sealing timeframes).

Shoreline’s new sales and information centre and display village is now open!  Please take care when visiting the Display Village as a number of homes are still under construction.

Now is a good time to contact your builder to ensure they are providing necessary drainage works for your yard!

As per your contract of sale, it is the responsibility of the owner/builder/designer of the low side allotment to ensure the subsoil drains of the high side lot is connected to their internal allotment stormwater systems within their yards to direct the flows to the road or an approved stormwater system.

We remind you that upon notification from Lendlease, or when you have exchanged contracts on your block of land, you are responsible for the ongoing maintenance and overall general appearance of it. We urge you to proactively take all steps necessary (which may include the installation of temporary fencing) to fulfil this obligation and mitigate against any future clean-up costs that may be incurred from any illegal dumping on your lot. If you discover any waste materials on your block, or have evidence of unlawful dumping, please call Redland City Council on 07 3829 8999 or email council rcc@redland.qld.gov.au or EHP online by emailing illegaldumping@ehp.qld.gov.au.
