Construction Update

Nestled between bush and the bay, Shoreline offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. With walking tracks and cycle ways connecting the bush to the bay, as well as new parks, cafes, restaurants, and the foreshore to explore, this is a chance to reconnect with what’s most important in life, family, friendships, and nature.

Elements Stage 11b

Retaining walls, final earthwork trimmings and road works continued through May with persistent wet weather continuing to impact construction time frames and making working conditions difficult. Streetscape works and acoustic fencing will now continue into June. Plan sealing has been lodged with Council. Title registration is expected in June/July, with settlement expected to occur in July.

Elements Stage 5

The team have continued with earthworks and retaining walls however inclement weather has slowed progress with difficult working conditions hampering critical path works. Electrical works, retaining walls and roadworks will continue through June. Given recent delays, title registration for Stage 5 is expected in late August, with settlements expected to occur in August/September.

Entry Intersection Upgrade

Whilst inclement weather has impacted construction time frames for the intersections works on Serpentine Creek Road and Scenic Road in recent months, works are now complete, with the intersection opened to the public on Friday 3rd June. A friendly reminder to now follow all traffic signals and signs, with all lanes open and the traffic lights now operational.

Site Access for Valuers and Soil Testing

Geotechnical access is now available for stage 11b and 5.

Survey access is now available for stage 11b with stage 5 also able to be arranged despite some assets still to be completed on site such as kerb, channel and roads.
