Construction Update

Information current as at 29 April 2024

Nestled between bush and the bay, Shoreline offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. With walking tracks and cycle ways connecting the bush to the bay, as well as new parks, cafes, restaurants, and the foreshore to explore, this is a chance to reconnect with what’s most important in life, family, friendships, and nature.

Now is a good time to contact your builder to ensure they are providing necessary drainage works for your yard!

As per your contract of sale, it is the responsibility of the owner/builder/designer of the low side allotment to ensure the subsoil drains of the high side lot is connected to their internal allotment stormwater systems within their yards to direct the flows to the road or an approved stormwater system.

Illegal Dumping

We remind you that upon notification from Lendlease, or when you have exchanged contracts on your block of land, you are responsible for the ongoing maintenance and overall general appearance of it. We urge you to proactively take all steps necessary (which may include the installation of temporary fencing) to fulfil this obligation and mitigate against any future clean-up costs that may be incurred from any illegal dumping on your lot. If you discover any waste materials on your block, or have evidence of unlawful dumping, please call Redland City Council on 07 3829 8999 or email council rcc@redland.qld.gov.au or EHP online by emailing illegaldumping@ehp.qld.gov.au.
