A playground to explore

Already a gateway to Moreton Bay and its islands, Shoreline is a playground for exploring and adventure. Shoreline embodies the Australia dream – a coastal neighbourhood in harmony with nature and a relaxed pace of life. Reconnect with what’s important and enjoy life at Shoreline, Redland Bay.

A place to call home

Shoreline will be a sanctuary where people don’t just build houses, they build friendships. No matter your stage of life, you’ll find the perfect place to call home with a choice of neighbourhoods, each with its own distinctive character. You won’t have to go far to enjoy every day conveniences, with shops, schools, restaurants and cafes, and sporting and leisure facilities right at your doorstep.

Committed to creating the best places

For over 60 years, Lendlease has been dedicated to creating the best master planned communities across Australia. Our communities foster a true sense of belonging where people feel truly connected and are genuinely welcomed. In Queensland, our varied projects include Twin Waters on the Sunshine Coast, the luxurious Hyatt Residences at Coolum Beach and the award-winning Varsity Lakes in the heat of the Gold Coast. No matter where they are situated, every Lendlease community encourages a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, at a place people are proud to call home.

First precinct development application lodged

The Development Application for Shoreline’s first precinct has now been lodged with Redland City Council for approval. This is an exciting time for Shoreline and Lendlease as it's the first step in bringing this amazing community to life.

The first precinct plan includes a total of 130 residential lots, ranging in size from 375sqm to 732sqm, and a 2.38ha park for residents and the wider community to enjoy. The plans for the proposed park include a playground, shelters with BBQ facilities and seating, kick about space, an amenity block and parking.

We are currently working with Redland City Council on approvals for key infrastructure such as sewer, water and roads. The negotiations for approvals with all levels of government remain very positive and if this continues we hope to commence construction of this first precinct and launch the project in early 2020.
