It’s official - Kinma Valley is located in one of Australia’s Hot 100 suburbs!
Hot off the press! Morayfield, home to Kinma Valley, has been named among realestate.com.au’s hottest 100 suburbs to watch. Learn why!
A panel of Australia’s leading industry experts have officially named Morayfield among the nation’s hottest 100 suburbs to watch in 2023, citing affordability, location, population growth and investment prospects as the top drivers.
The inaugural Hot 100 list analyses suburbs based on numerous growth driving factors such as demand, supply, median price, population and more.
Buyers agents, researchers, agency leads and academics nominated suburbs across every state that were identified as having the best growth prospects in 2023 and beyond.
Located in the heart of Morayfield in the thriving Moreton Bay region, Kinma Valley embodies everything that is great about community – connectivity, connection and convenience.
The appeal of Morayfield
Dubbed ‘an increasingly popular destination for young families and first-home buyers, thanks to developments like Kinma’, Morayfield joins 23 other suburbs across Queensland as one of the top suburbs pinned for growth.
With affordable homes and good transport links to the Brisbane CBD, the airport and the Sunshine Coast, Morayfield is an increasingly attractive suburb, Kate Hill said.
“It sits within one of the fastest-growing local government areas in Australia, which is expected to have a population exceeding Tasmania’s in the next decade,” Ms Hill said.
Moreton Bay Regional Council's Regional Economic Development Strategy has a goal of creating 100,000 more jobs across the LGA by 2041, which would bring an additional 240,000 people to the region and develop a $40 billion economy.
