Queensland Government First Home Owners’ Grant

The First Home Owners’ Grant is a Queensland Government initiative to help first home owners get their new first home sooner.

Depending on the date of your contract, you may be eligible to receive $15,000 towards buying or building a new house, unit or townhouse if it’s valued at less than $750,000.

Buy off the plan or choose to build yourself, this is a great opportunity to buy or build a new home for less.
