The Elliot Springs community has been a hive of activity the past few months, and we are excited to share some big development milestones! Let’s find out what’s been happening in our community.   

New Lots

Construction is nearing completion of the final 32 lots in Aspect Stages 11 and 12, with final fencing and landscaping to be completed.  Watch out for an upcoming walk the lot event.

The next phase of construction will be in Whites Creek. Keep an eye out for future announcements.

Reservoir

The infrastructure to serve our large master planned community is also expanding, with the construction of the Elliot Springs Reservoir - a 9.6ML steel reservoir and the associated inlet pipes, which will provide critical water security for Elliot Springs and the surrounding community.

Shotcrete works to stabilise earthworks are now completed and you can see the first strake (start of the wall construction) are starting to go up. On completion the Reservoir will be approximately 13 metre high.

Landscape Works

Works are continuing on Wadda Mooli Parkway and are expected to be completed by the end July. This will allow landscape works on the balance of Wadda Mooli Park to begin. The work will include the construction of two multi purpose hard courts. 

Trail Network Extension

The Bindal Ridge trail network is set for an extension. Two new trails will be added and the existing two trails will receive a refresh. On completion in April 2024 14km of trail will be available to the community.

National retailer Coles announced!

We are thrilled to announce Australian flagship retailer, Coles, has secured a site at Elliot Springs! The announcement marks another exciting achievement for the community. The future supermarket will provide vital amenity for the fast-growing neighbourhood for a comfortable and convenient lifestyle

New Display Village nearly complete

Get ready for our new Whites Creek Display Village, and Sales and Information Centre, which will open in August this year.

This exciting new amenity will welcome visitors and future residents, showcasing some of the best and innovative designs in home building, and the future of our vibrant community. Located on   Kariboe Way, Julago, visitors will be able to explore and draw inspiration from six display homes by local builders, including AP Williams & CO, Grady Homes, Michael Case Homes, Tropical Home, Proview and Fresh Homes.

Construction is progressing well with most homes now at lock-up stage, and landscaping for the village is underway. Keep your eyes peeled on our socials as we countdown to the official opening in August 2023.

What’s still to come at Elliot Springs?  

From new commercial amenities to schools, parks and lifestyle opportunities, the future looks bright at Elliot Springs. On completion, our community will be home to up to six schools, including two high schools, plus childcare centres and community business facilities, with local learning open to all ages. 

Did you know over 30 per cent of the community will be dedicated to open space with everything from cycling paths to sporting fields.
