Meet the new friendly faces of our community

The first contract signed in Aspect Stage 9, the couple are excited to be part of our connected community, choosing a block of land that backs onto the beautiful bushland.

Drawn to the serenity of the area, Savannah and Rachel will relocate from Wulguru to build their dream home with Grady Homes.

“We spoke to Cynthia at Grady Homes who mentioned that the new Aspect stage 9 blocks were getting released and we immediately found the block we had been looking for and instantly fell in love with it,” said Savannah.

“We absolutely love how quiet and friendly the community is. We have a couple of friends who live in Elliot Springs already with their families and have heard absolutely amazing reviews about the area.

“We cannot wait to move in and get stuck into the mountain bike trails that are out there as well as the huge park and playground for our daughter.”

Already becoming familiar faces in the neighbourhood, the couple and their daughter Bella, attended the recent Friday Food Trucks event with close friends.

“We absolutelyhad a great time. The food was great, the atmosphere and the music were fantastic, and the mini golf was great fun to have a go at,” said Rachel.

“We are most excited to be in our forever home and community to be able to enjoy our family time in such a great new development area. Elliot Springs has so much to offer for us as a family, especially with the 10-, 20- and 30-year development plans for the community and Sav is most definitely keen to get out on the mountain bikes and start exploring the trails.

“We are building with the greatest builder in Townsville - Grady Homes. They have gone above and beyond for us, and we are forever grateful for their guidance and assistance throughout our journey. Our build currently is set to start on November 23rd, depending on land registration dates and of course, we are super excited.”

Elliot Springs has fast-tracked housing development within a new residential neighbourhood in the community, unlocking vital land supply for the Townsville region. 

A further 71 housing lots in Stages 9-12 of the Aspect residential neighbourhood are being brought to market this year, helping to meet increased demand for land while significantly cutting down on construction waiting times. 

Momentum continues to build with stage 9 and 10 released in May and June of this year, with 10 lots sold in a matter of weeks.
