Future residents get their first taste of life at Elliot Springs
Future Elliot Springs residents recently attended a special ‘Come and See Your Future Lot’ event on Saturday, 19th November 2022.
Celebrating our thriving and connected community at Elliot Springs, future residents got their first “boots on the ground” experience of their new life in the neighbourhood, attending the special ‘Come and See Your Future Lot’ event.
The Lendlease team was excited to host the event, which encouraged attendees to view the newest stages in the Aspect residential neighbourhood, as Stages 9 and 10 were officially opened to the public. It was also a great opportunity for our newest residents to experience what life would be like living in Elliot Springs and a chance to meet and mingle with their future neighbours.
New to the neighbourhood, Sonia Batley is relocating from Annandale, building her dream home with Fresh Homes.
“Our family decided to move to Elliot Springs as we wanted to build a new home on a larger block of land,” she said.
“The Elliot Springs community was very appealing to us, as it seems like a tranquil neighbourhood, whilst still being close to the CBD. We loved attending the recent ‘Come and Visit Your Future Lot’ event. Meryl and the Lendlease team made us feel very welcome. It was wonderful to inspect our property and place the “under contract” sticker at our lot. The snow cones were very much appreciated as well.”

Our community is growing! Elliot Springs has fast-tracked a new land release, unlocking vital land supply for the Townsville region. A further 71 housing lots in Stages 9-12 of the Aspect residential neighbourhood are being brought to market helping to meet increased demand for land.
