Food truck pop-up event a delight for residents at Elliot Springs
Bring your people, picnic rug and your appetite for a relaxed evening of food, music and activities for the little ones. Starting August 27 at Wadda Mooli Park our twilight food feast will see a rotation of different food trucks each month.
On the menu in August are Townsville favourites Wagtails modern Australian food and The Gourmet Greek, selling a variety of Greek food including their famous honey puff dessert. Now that’s something to sink your teeth into.
These fantastic events are designed as a great excuse for residents and their friends from all over Townsville to come together, have a night off cooking and enjoy beautiful Wadda Mooli Park under the stars.
Lendlease Development Director for Elliot Springs Simon Walker says Wadda Mooli Park will be the place to be on Friday, August 27 for a fun night out.
“Much to the delight of our residents and the local community, some of Townsville’s best food trucks will be popping up monthly to offer a range of tantalising foods from across the globe,” he said.
“Food brings people together - add live music and your Friday night is set. Our vibrant monthly food event will allow the community to make the most of the wonderful lifestyle in Townsville. We are sure it’s going to become the talk of the town.”
