The 4ha Wadda Mooli park is the first park to be completed at Elliot Springs. Since opening in October 2018, the park has won a Master Builders Construction Award and has been warmly welcomed by the Elliot Springs community.
Its design was inspired by the natural landscape, creating a recreation destination for the community of Townsville. Located near the entry and with a view line from the Bruce Highway, the park is nestled at the base of Bindal Ridge and adjacent to the creek corridor, forming an extension of the open space network.
