The wait is almost over! Get ready to experience the first taste of your new life at Elliot Springs
Experience first-hand why you’ll live well at Elliot Springs, as we welcome future residents to a special “come see your future lot” event on Saturday, 19th November.
The Lendlease team is excited to host this special event, which will give you a first look at the newest stages in Aspect, celebrating the opening of stages 9 and 10.
This is a unique opportunity to experience what life would be like living in Elliot Springs, as well as a chance to meet and mingle with future neighbours. While you’re visiting us, why not enjoy a drink from the coffee cart, and did we mention there will be snow cones for the young and young-at-heart?!
Attendees will be able to walk through stages 9 and 10 and get a ‘boots on the ground’ first look at the site.
Our Community is growing
Elliot springs has fast-tracked these stages, unlocking vital land supply for the Townsville Region.
Stage 11 has now been released and a further 18 lots in stage 12 are yet to be released.
Event details:
- The event will take place from 9am to 12pm, Saturday 19th November
- Entry point will be along Elliot Springs Boulevard – just follow the signs!
- Street parking will be available
- For your safety, it is a requirement that all visitors including children must wear closed in shoes for this event.
