Coles is coming to the Elliot Springs community
Australian flagship retailer, Coles Supermarket, officially announced to be the newest exciting future amenity for our Elliot Springs Neighbourhood.
Avoid the commute for your weekly grocery shop, or that inconvenient drive for those last-minute dinner ingredients, as Coles Supermarket is announced as the newest future amenity at Elliot Springs.
In a major development milestone, the full-line Coles and 350 sqm of speciality stores will deliver a thriving retail hub for residents and support long-term economic growth for the region.
Lendlease Development Director, Simon Walker said “the announcement marks another exciting achievement for the project, offering residents more services for a comfortable and convenient lifestyle, with everything at their doorstep.”

Just 15km from the Townsville CBD, Elliot Springs has quickly secured its place as one of Townsville’s largest master planned communities.
Once completed, the community will be home to more than 10,600 dwellings with over 26,000 residents. To accommodate the booming North Queensland population, Lendlease will deliver a
future town centre, six schools, childcare centres, parks with sports and recreation facilities and commercial precincts.
In four years, Lendlease has delivered a community centre and café, petrol station and outdoor amenity including a series of walking trails and Wadda Mooli Park. In 2023, Wadda Mooli Park hard courts will be competed and has secured Tropical Vets to the commercial shopping area.
