Bringing books to life: Townsville Citylibraries' Mobile Library makes its debut in Elliot Springs

Residents and reading lovers unite! The Townsville Citylibraries is thrilled to announce the arrival of its Mobile Library to the Elliot Springs Community Hub, providing locals with a literary haven right at their doorstep. 

Mobile Library unveils new pit stop in Elliot Springs 

From January 17, the Mobile Library will be rolling into Elliot Springs every second Wednesday from 11am to 1pm.  

This initiative aims to bridge the literary gap and offer families and residents convenient access to a treasure trove of books and items from Citylibraries' extensive Library of Things. 

It will not only support families participating in the First 5 Forever program, but will help to foster a love for reading among the youngest members of our community.

The Mobile Library will be stationed at the Elliot Springs Community Hub every second Wednesday from 11 am to 1 pm. Let's celebrate the joy of reading and promote the benefits of reading to children of all ages and stages of development. See you there!
