Elliot Springs’ Coles receives the green light from Council

We’re delighted to announce that Coles is officially approved for development in Elliot Springs, marking a significant milestone for our growing neighbourhood.

Located at the intersection of the Bruce Highway and Elliot Springs Boulevard in Julago, the Coles supermarket has officially received the green light from Townsville City Council and will be the go-to destination for groceries and shopping, bringing convenience right to the heart of the community.

With Coles leading the way for the development of the future Village Centre, plans for the centre include a variety of specialty stores, which will redefine the local shopping experience and provide vital amenities for residents.

With a current population of over 10,000 residents and an expected 26,000 by 2056, this retail hub will cater to future needs and boost the local economy with hundreds of new jobs.
