Whites Creek Stages 10 to 20
Construction continues on our latest land release, Whites Creek Stages 10 to 20, which consists of 194 residential lots ranging in size from 376m2 to 3408m2.
Stages 10 to 14 are approaching settlement, with titles anticipated by mid-October.
Meanwhile, BMD Urban is advancing works on Stages 15 to 20. Sewer and stormwater infrastructure is nearing completion, and road base preparation is underway. Stages 15 to 17 are on track for completion in December and 18 to 20 on track for completion in January 2026.
Elliot Springs Stages 21-25 Update
Exciting progress is underway for Elliot Springs Stages 21 to 25, our upcoming land release featuring 160 residential lots.
Site clearing is nearing completion, paving the way for earthworks to commence in October. This release is scheduled to launch from 25 November, marking another milestone in the growth of the Elliot Springs community.

Homes Under Construction at Elliot Springs
Construction continues to shape the growing Elliot Springs community, with 43 new homes currently under construction.
These homes will soon add to the 332 already occupied, bringing even more families into the neighbourhood and contributing to the vibrant lifestyle that defines Elliot Springs.

Ridge Crossing Infrastructure Update
Major infrastructure works are set to begin at Elliot Springs, with earthworks for the Ridge Crossing scheduled to commence in November 2025.
Supported by a $20 million grant from the Queensland Government’s Residential Activation Fund, the Ridge Crossing will unlock Precinct 2, enabling the future development of 1,250 new homes.
This vital connection marks a significant step forward in the long-term vision for Elliot Springs, helping to deliver more housing opportunities and strengthen community growth.

Reservoir Commissioning Update
We’re pleased to announce that construction of the Elliot Springs reservoir is now complete, marking a key infrastructure milestone for the community.
The reservoir will support future stages of development and ensure a reliable water supply for current and future residents.
Commissioning is currently underway, with handover to council and connection to the main network anticipated in October 2025. We look forward to bringing this vital piece of infrastructure online to support our growing precinct.
