Whites Creek Stages 15 to 20
Construction continues on our latest land release, Whites Creek Stages 15 to 20, which consists of 112 residential lots ranging in size from 400 sqm to 909 sqm.
BMD Urban is advancing works on Stages 15 to 20; sewer, water and stormwater infrastructure are nearing completion site wide, electrical is progressing steadily and road preparation is complete in Stage 15 and underway through Stages 16 to 20. All stages are approaching settlement, with titles anticipated between March and Jun.
Elliot Springs Stages 21-25 Update
Exciting progress is underway for Elliot Springs Stages 21 to 25, our ongoing land release featuring 160 residential lots.
Site clearing is complete and earthworks is scheduled to commence upon dry weather. Stages 21 -23 have been released to the market, with Stage 24 to follow in the coming weeks.

Homes Under Construction at Elliot Springs
Construction continues to shape the growing Elliot Springs community, with 55 new homes currently under construction.
These homes will soon add to the 350 already occupied, bringing even more families into the neighbourhood and contributing to the vibrant lifestyle that defines Elliot Springs.

Ridge Crossing Infrastructure Update
Major infrastructure works are set to begin at Elliot Springs, with earthworks for the Ridge Crossing scheduled to commence in March 2026.
Supported by a $20 million grant from the Queensland Government’s Residential Activation Fund, the Ridge Crossing will unlock Precinct 2, enabling the future development of 1,250 new homes.
This vital connection marks a significant step forward in the long-term vision for Elliot Springs, helping to deliver more housing opportunities and strengthen community growth.

Reservoir Commissioning Update
We’re pleased to announce that construction and commissioning of the Elliot Springs reservoir is now complete, marking a key infrastructure milestone for the community.
We are happy to have brought this vital piece of infrastructure online to support our growing precinct. The reservoir is currently operational and ensures a reliable water supply for current and future residents.
Community Centre Handover & Wadda Mooli Park Stage 2 Update
We’re pleased to share that the new Community Centre has officially been handed over to Townsville City Council. The facility is now available for bookings through the Council’s website and can be used for community events, functions, and a wide range of local activities.
Stage 2 improvements at Wadda Mooli Park are also progressing, delivering a refreshed and more functional community space. The works include a new multi‑use court, upgraded pathways, and enhanced landscaping and irrigation. These improvements represent the final planned works before the park is handed over to Townsville City Council.
