Family-fun at Festival of Fisher’s Ghost Twilight Fair

Visitors and future residents of Figtree Hill enjoyed a night of free family-friendly fun and activities under the stars, connecting with the local community for the Fisher’s Ghost Festival Twilight Fair.

The Campbelltown community came together on Friday 4th November for this special event, located at Queen Street and Lithgow Street Mall.

As the Grand Sponsor,  Lendlease’s Figtree Hill team welcomed guests to their festival stand, where visitors got creative and had plenty of fun in the GIF photobooth. It was the perfect keepsake from the night to save and share online with friends and family.

The Figtree Hill Digital Community Board was a fun and interactive way for guests to submit their answers to the question ‘What do you think makes a great neighbourhood?’. Many answers showed people believe a great neighbourhood should be eco-friendly, have a sense of community and connection, and host events to bring people together!

For the chance to win one of ten $50 vouchers to Macarthur Square Shopping Centre, guests wrote their answers on a mini whiteboard and posed for a happy snap in the photobooth.

The ten lucky competition winners are soon to be announced!

The team also hosted a popular glitter station, which invited kids and teens to get into the spirit and sparkle into the night with free face designs made with jewels, gems, and biodegradable glitter. More than 500 lolly pops were handed out, as festival-goers enjoyed meeting our team and learning all about the future of the community.

Lendlease Social Sustainability Manager Alison Ora, enjoyed getting to meet and mingle with locals and future residents of Figtree Hill.

“Figtree Hill is proud to be the Grand Sponsor of this iconic and exciting annual event, that the Campbelltown region looks forward to each year. The Figtree Hill stand was very popular with young families who loved getting free lollypops, photobooth pictures and glitter face art for the kids,” Alison. “It was great to be a part of the fun and  continue to connect with the broader Campbelltown community, where Lendlease holds a long history.
